What is a "happy?" It's the term we've coined as the collective noun for a group of Goldens - like a "rhumba" of rattlesnakes, a "murder" of crows, or a "gaggle" of geese. We're sad to share that Boo followed Addy, Buddy and Kate in crossing the rainbow bridge (May of 2022).
While those vintages will not be making a commercial appearance, we're counting on a bit more experience, a lot of luck and a helping hand from the gods of fermentation so that we can share future vintages with you.Ī “happy” of Golden Retrievers in the family inspired the Golden Dog Farm name - currently home to Dewey, Uncle Lenny, Mar and counting. On the other hand, tasting notes for the crafting of the early vintages of white, rosé and red wines would read something like - a hint of exuberance is detected but it is overwhelmed with a nose filled with naïveté.
